Wanted Moher of Ireland

Hello Hello! Welcome to Ireland! *insert Irish accent*

Always remember:

We visited the EPIC, The Irish Emigration Museum and I actually really liked it. The museum exemplifies what it means to immigrate and the journey it took. In 2019, it earned an award of “Europe’s Leading Tourist Attraction”. Pretty cool, right?

The good, good

Usually, beer wouldn’t be my first choice, but woah. Guinness changed the game. I LOVED their dark beer… SO weird for me. I think the experience had a lot to do with it because we toured the facility with a huge group and had a tasting as well. The tour ended at the top floor at a bar, where I ordered my first Guinness.

If you’re a beer person, or even if you’re not, the experience and the tasting put everything into perspective. There’s so many people who aren’t willing to try new things but don’t be afraid! There’s always a bathroom or I’ll come with a napkin. JUST GO FOR IT!

All White Everywhere

Speaking of new adventures… guess where we went next!

a) Killarney b) Cliffs of Moher c) Dublin

If you guessed the Cliffs of Moher, you guessed right!! *insert confetti here*

Everyone said the Cliffs of Moher was a hit or miss. We definitely got the bad end of the stick because THERE WAS SO MUCH FOG. All we saw was white… everywhere…

We met so many great people throughout the the time in the tour bus and in each location. The good thing was that even if it’s freezing, ice cream is ALWAYS the move. Especially for big sweet tooth girl here! The Cliffs had a small ice cream stand and I absolutely had no regrets!

We made the best of the experience and that’s honestly what we aim to do every time. So I’m definitely coming back to the Cliffs of Moher in my lifetime!

Ireland had its up’s and down’s, but overall, everything was worthwhile. We were there for a couple of days and tried exploring as much as we could.

Have you checked out my last post? It gives more insight in my adventures at Ireland.

Happy Travels!
