The First Sweater I Pick Out From My Closet

I wanted to share one go-to sweater for every day of the week. It obviously depends on your style because everyone’s different but it’s exciting to do some fashion while layered up. 

Since I moved here, everyone has asked me “why here?” “Until you live through a winter, then you can truly decide.” It has been nothing short of amazing so far and the snow is SO cute (I’m still looked at weirdly because no one thinks the snow is cute around here). But sweaters are always fun to style! 

So here it goes: 

Shopping for me has become a little harder through the years because I’ve gotten pickier with my taste in clothing. At the end of the day, if it’s comfortable, affordable and NEUTRAL, I’m all ears. Neutral colors have been the easiest to match and are very versatile, which I absolutely love. You’ll see the pop on color once in a whole but very subtle. 

These sweaters have been some of my favorites since moving to Illinois. It also helps add style where I want it to depending on if it’s crop or open back or just your average comfy needs. It’s probably safe to say that each piece of clothing you own adds a little personality to your life and mood, at least it does to me, funny enough.
