Bring on the Easter Bunny’s Treats

This easter was actually one of the most memorable one’s I’ve had in a while. My boyfriend’s family always makes it so fun and challenging in a sense. Tyler’s mom planned the activities for the day and it felt like I was a kid again. She created a scavenger hunt for each family member, we dyed eggs, played games, and even cooked different dishes, so we all contributed somehow for the day! Let’s get started!

The breakfast was my favorite part because everything was bunny shaped. She said I inspired her, but she definitely outdid herself!

We did some egg dying and picture taking too.

Here comes the carrot cake process:

This is the recipe we used and it was literally everything we ever wanted. We also made the icing separate and added it to the cake the next morning. I even made a video for all my visual people. I think I definitely had fun taking the pictures throughout the process, because Tyler’s sister made all my carrot cake dreams come true. It was my first time helping create this masterpiece!

Easter was truly an unforgettable experience. I loved every bit of it. Tyler and I made a piece of dinner with our green bean casserole, which I think was actually the EASIEST dish to make. We had so much fun with all the activities that day!!
